Chilpancingo, Guerrero, December 10, 2009 The remains of four butchered men were found around 5:40 am on Thursday on the walkway located exactly opposite the entrance of the Federal School Raymundo Abarca Alarcón (ESFRAA) in Tequicorral neighborhood in Havana.
